1) How is the temperature checked?
With an Infrared thermometer that’s tied to the template mounted on the machine
2) Does it damage your hair or makeup?
No, a light mist is released into the Sanitization machine but it will not damage your hair or makeup
3) How long does it take to process a person through the system?
It's takes an average of 15 seconds to process an individual through the machine
4) How long does the Sanitation liquid last?
- 1 liter of concentrate to be mixed 10:1 with water. (Will run the machine for approx. 3.5 hours. Sanitize around 800 people). 3 liters every hour continuous
- 20 liters of eco friendly solution. (Will run the machine for approx. 7 hours. Sanitize approx. 1600 people )
5) How big is the Sanitization tank reserves?
The tank reserves hold 20 litters at a time
6) What happens if we have technical difficulties?

7) Is the system locked in place or mobile?
It’s mobile and has casters at the base that can lock in place
8) Does it have to be plugged in to use?
The SSG-D001 Mobile Sanitization machine should be plugged in when in use however if the power goes down it has a one hour charge as a back up safety measure.
